Located on Flores street, the Vignette Collection, Casa da Companhia restaurant led by Chef Duarte Batista invites you to an authentic gastronomic experience, with creations inspired by his childhood memories, his roots and experience acquired over the years.

In an atmosphere of refinement and sophistication, the restaurant presents a cuisine inspired by Mediterranean flavors with nuances of spices from the routes of India, through a menu based on international trends, with a focus on local products from our coast, plains and Trás-os-Montes mountains.

“The menu was created thinking to offer our customers the very best that our country has to offer in terms of quality of our products, from our large seacoast with carefully selected fishes and seafood and free-range meats from our sustainable Montado’s. My inspiration comes from all the people surrounding me, from family moments, visits to remote locations in Portugal searching for new flavours, and of course, from all the Chefs who I worked with across this wonderful journey.” — Executive Chef Duarte Batista
